Chung-Mo2 (1st Degree Level 4)                                                                               

Chumbi (Ready Position)

 

1.   Step forward with the Right Leg.  Double Low Hammerfist Strike, Front Stance (R).

2.   Look and pivot Left 180 degrees.  Reverse Punch (R), Cat Stance (L).

3.   Moving Forward.  Side Kick Chamber (R), Balance on Left Leg.

4.   Side Kick (R).  Step down and turn Left 180 degrees.  Knifehand Middle Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

5.   Step forward.  Double Outside Forearm Block, Cat Stance (R).

6.   Moving forward.  Jump Front Kick (R), Double Punch (L) in the air and simultaneous with the kick, (R) on landing.  Land in Front Stance (R).  Kihap.

7.   Look and turn Left 225 degrees.  Knifehand Middle Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

8.   Look and turn Right 90 degrees.  Knifehand Middle Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

9.   Step 45 degrees Left with Left Leg.  Palm Heel Drive (R), Cat Stance (R).  Then perform Knifehand Strike (L), Front Stance (R).

10. Moving Forward.  Perform a double kick, forward Front Kick (L), 90 degree left Side Kick (L).  Step down with Left Leg into Palm Heel Strike (L), Cat Stance (L).  Then perform Knifehand Strike (R), Front Stance (L).

11. Moving Forward.  Perform a double kick, forward Front Kick (R), 90 degree right Side Kick (R).  Step down with Right Leg into Palm Heel Strike (R).  Kihap.

12. Look and turn 270 degrees Left.  Low Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

13. Moving Forward.  Outside Block (R) followed by Reverse Punch (L), Front Stance (R).

14. Look and turn 180 degrees Right.  Low Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

15. Moving Forward. Outside Block (L) followed by Reverse Punch (R)
