Chumbi (Ready Position)

 

1.   Look and turn Left 90 degrees.  Knifehand Middle Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

2.   Step forward.  Middle Punch (R), Front Stance (R).

3.   Look and turn Right 180 degrees.  Knifehand Middle Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

4.   Step forward.  Middle Punch (L), Front Stance (L).

5.   Look and turn Left 90 degrees.  (Perform the next two actions in series.)

      a.   Low Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

      b.   High Punch (R), Front Stance (L).

6.   Step forward.  Knifehand Middle Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

7.   Step forward.  Knifehand Middle Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

8.   Step forward.  Spearhand Thrust (R), Front Stance (R).  Kihap!

9.   Look and turn Left 270 degrees.  Cross Knifehand Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

10. Step forward.  Double Punch (R/L), Front Stance (R).

11. Look and turn Right 180 degrees.  Cross Knifehand Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

12. Step forward.  Double Punch (L/R), Front Stance (L).

13. Look and turn Left 90 degrees.  (Perform the next two actions in series.)

      a.   Low Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

      b.   High Punch (R), Front Stance (L).

14. Step forward.  Knifehand Middle Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

15. Step forward.  (Perform the next two actions in series.)

      a.   Knifehand Middle Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

      b.   Two-Hand Front Choke, Front Stance (L).

16. Front Knee-Strike (R) then look and turn Left 180 degrees.  Knifehand Middle Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

17. Look and turn Right 45 degrees.  Slide back and forward.  Knifehand Middle Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

18. Look and turn Left 90 degrees.  Slide back and forward.  Knifehand Middle Block (L), Cat Stance (L).
