Chumbi (Ready Position)

 

1.    Look and turn Left 90 degrees.  Low Block (L), Front Stance (L).

2.    Stay in place.  Inside Wrist Release to Hammerfist Strike (L), Cat Stance (L).

3.    Step forward.  Middle Punch (R), Front Stance (R).

4.    Look and turn Right 180 degrees.  Low Block (R), Front Stance (R).

5.    Stay in place.  Inside Wrist Release to Hammerfist Strike (R), Cat Stance (R).

6.    Step forward.  Middle Punch (L), Front Stance (L).

7.    Look and turn Left 90 degrees.  Knifhand Middle Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

8.    Step forward.  Spearhand Thrust (R), Front Stance (R).

9.    Moving forward.  Backward Spin Left 180 degrees. Backfist (L), Cat Stance (L).

10.  Step forward. Middle Punch (R), Front Stance (R).  Kihap!

11.  Look and turn Left 270 degrees.  Inverted Knifehand Strike (L), Horse Stance (L).

12.  Stay in place.  Chamber for Elbow Strike (L), Modified Cat Stance (L).

13.  Stay in place.  Forward Elbow Strike (L), Horse Stance (L).

14.  Stay in place.  Outside Block (L), Front Stance (L).

15.  Stay in place.  Middle Punch (R), Front Stance (L).

16.  Look and turn Right 90 degrees.  Chamber (R), Chamber (L), Horse Stance (R).

17.  Look Right 90 degrees.  Slide Step to the Right.  Inverted Knifehand Strike (R), Horse Stance (R).

18.  Stay in place.  Chamber for Elbow Strike (R), Modified Cat Stance (R).

19.  Stay in place.  Forward Elbow Strike (R), Horse Stance (R).

20.  Stay in place.  Outside Block (R), Front Stance (R).

21.  Stay in place.  Middle Punch (L), Front Stance (R).

22.  Look and turn Left 90 degrees.  Chamber (L), Chamber (R), Horse Stance (L).

23.  Simultaneously Chamber (L) and Slide Right foot toward the Left foot.  Then Chamber (R), Crane Stance (L).

24.  Side Kick (L) with a Punch (L), Inside Forearm Strike (R) to Left hand, Front Stance (L).

25.  Look and turn Right 90 degrees.  Chamber (R), Chamber (L), Horse Stance (R).

26.  Look Right 90 degrees.  Simultaneously Chamber (R) and Slide Left foot towards the Right foot.  Then Chamber (L), Crane Stance (R).

27.  Side Kick (R) with a Punch (R), Inside Forearm Strike (L) to Right hand, Front Stance (R).

28.  Look and turn Left 180 degrees.  Double Arm Lapel Grab Release, Double Hammerfist Strike, Front Stance (L).

29.  Step forward.  Double Arm Lapel Grab Release, Double Hammerfist Strike, Front Stance (R).

30.  Step forward.  Cross Knifehand Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

31.  Grab and Pull (L).  Spin Right 180 degrees.  Rear Elbow Strike (R), Horse Stance (R).

32.  Look and turn Left 90 degrees.  Slide Left foot to the Right foot.  Place Left hand over Right hand, arms extended down.  Slowly raise hands to face level and rise to the balls of the feet, inhale.  Slowly return hands to the waist level and return heels to the floor, exhale.

33.  Fall to the Right.  Eagle Spreads Wings, Horse Stance (R).

34.  Look and Slide (R).  Hook Punch (L), Rear Elbow Strike (R), Horse Stance (R).

35.  Look and Slide (L).  Hook Punch (L), Rear Elbow Strike (L), Horse Stance (L).  Kihap!
