1.    Look & turn Left 90 degrees.  Knifehand Middle Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

2.    Moving forward.  Front Kick (R), Middle Punch (R), Front Stance (R).

3.    Look & turn Right 180 degrees.  Knifehand Middle Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

4.    Moving forward.  Front Kick (L), Middle Punch (L), Front Stance (L).

5.    Look & turn Left 90 degrees.  Low Block (L), Front Stance (L).

6.    Stay in place.  Simultaneous Knifehand High Block (L), Knifehand Strike (R), Front Stance (L).

7.    Moving forward.  Front Kick (R), Leap Forward.  Double Middle Block (R), X-Stance (R).  (Kihap!)

8.    Look & turn Left 270 degrees.  Knifehand Low Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

9.    Stay in place.  Double Arm Lapel Grab Release, Front Stance (L).

10.  Moving forward.  Front Kick (R), Double Punch (R/L), Front Stance (R).

11.  Look & turn Right 180 degrees.  Knifehand Low Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

12.  Stay in place.  Double Arm Lapel Grab Release, Front Stance (R).

13.  Front Kick (L), Double Punch (L/R), Front Stance (L).

14.  Look & turn Left 90 degrees.  Knifehand Middle Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

15.  Stay in place.  Simultaneous Knifehand High Block (L), Palm Heel Thrust (R), Front Stance (L).

16.  Moving forward.  Front Kick (R), Inside Hammerfist Strike (R), Front Stance (R).   (Kihap!)

17.  Moving forward.  Front Kick (L), High Block (L), Front Stance (L).

18.  Moving forward.  Rear Leg Side Kick (R), Knifehand Middle Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

19.  Look & turn Left 180 degrees.  Slide Step (Right to Left).  Knifehand Middle Block (L), Cat Stance (L).
