1.    Step back with the Left leg.  Windmill Block (R), Front Stance (R).

2.    Look & step Left 90 degrees. Knifehand Low Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

3.    Step forward.  Knifehand Middle Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

4.    Step backward. Pressing Palm Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

5.    Step forward. Middle Punch (R), Front Stance (R).

6.    Look & turn Right 180 degrees. Knifehand Low Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

7.    Step forward. Knifehand Middle Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

8.    Step backward.  Pressing Palm Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

9.    Step forward. Middle Punch (L), Front Stance (L).

10.  Look & turn Left 90 degrees.  Windmill Block (L), Front Stance (L).

11.  Step forward.  Double Middle Block (R), Front Stance (R).

12.  Step forward.  Double Middle Block (L), Front Stance (L).

13.  Step forward.  Spearhand Thrust (R), Front Stance (R).  (Kihap!)

14.  Look & turn Left 270 degrees.  Outside Block (L), Front Stance (L).

15.  Stay in place.  Double Middle Punch (R/L).

16.  Lift Left leg.  Crane position (L).

17.  Simultaneous Side Kick (L) and High Punch (L).  Step down into a Forearm Strike (R), Front Stance (L).

18.  Step forward.  Knifehand Middle Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

19.  Look & turn Right 180 degrees.  Outside Block (R), Front Stance (R).

20.  Stay in place.  Double Middle Punch (L/R).

21.  Lift Right leg.  Crane position (R).

22.  Simultaneous Side Kick (R) and High Punch (R).  Step down into a Forearm Strike (L), Front Stance (R).

23.  Step forward.  Knifehand Middle Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

24.  Look & turn Left 90 degrees.  Windmill Block (L), Front Stance (L).

25.  Step forward.  Double Low Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

26.  Step forward.  Double Low Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

27.  Step forward.  Middle Punch (R), Front Stance (R).  (Kihap!)

28.  Look & turn Left 270 degrees.   Knifehand Low Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

29.  Step forward.  Knifehand Middle Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

30.  Step backward.  Pressing Palm Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

31.  Step forward.  Middle Punch (R), Front Stance (R).

32.  Look & turn Right 180 degrees.  Knifehand Low Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

33.  Step forward.  Knifehand Middle Block (L), Cat Stance (L).
