Chumbi (Ready Position)

 

1.   Look & turn Left 90 degrees.  Outside Block/ High Block (L/R), Cat Stance (L).

2.   Stay in place.  Inverted Middle Punch (R).

3.   Change stance in place.  Inverted Knifehand Strike (L), Stomp into Horse Stance (L).

4.   Look & Slide Step Right 180 degrees.  Outside Block/ High Block (R/L), Cat Stance (R).

5.   Stay in place.  Inverted Middle Punch (L).

6.   Change stance in place.  Inverted Knifehand Strike (R), Stomp into Horse Stance (R).

7.   Look & turn Left 90 degrees.  Knifehand Middle Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

8.   Moving forward.  Front Kick (R) followed with Spearhand Thrust (R), Front Stance (R).

9.   Change position in place.  Invert Front Stance Left 135 degrees, Right hand moves to lower back.  Look and turn Left 225 degrees.  Middle Hammerfist (L), Front Stance (L).

10. Step forward.  Middle Punch (R), Front Stance (R).  Kihap!

11. Look & turn Left 270 degrees.  Outside Block/ High Block (L/R), Cat Stance (L).

12. Stay in place.  Inverted Middle Punch (R).

13. Change stance in place.  Inverted Knifehand Strike (L), Stomp into Horse Stance (L).

14. Look & Slide Step Right 180 degrees.  Outside Block/ High Block (R/L), Cat Stance (R).

15. Stay in place.  Inverted Middle Punch (L).

16. Change stance in place.  Inverted Knifehand Strike (R), Stomp into Horse Stance (R).

17. Look & turn Left 90 degrees.  Knifehand Middle Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

18. Moving forward.  Front Kick (R) followed with Spearhand Thrust (R), Front Stance (R).

19. Change position in place.  Invert Front Stance Left 135 degrees, Right hand moves over right shoulder.  Look and turn Left 225 degrees.  Middle Hammerfist (L), Front Stance (L).

20. Step forward.  Middle Punch (R), Front Stance (R).  Kihap!

21. Look & turn Left 180 degrees.  Low Block (L), Horse Stance (L).

22. Look & turn Left 90 degrees.  Middle Punch (R), Front Stance (L).

23. Look & turn Right 90 degrees.  Low Block (R), Horse Stance (R).

24. Look & turn Right 90 degrees.  Middle Punch (L), Front Stance (R).
