1.   Look & turn Left 90 degrees.  High Block (L), Front Stance (L).

2.   Moving forward.  Front Kick (R), Middle Punch (R), Front Stance (R).

3.   Look & turn Right 180 degrees.  High Block (R), Front Stance (R).

4.   Moving forward.  Front Kick (L), Middle Punch (L), Front Stance (L).

5.   Look & turn Left 90 degrees.  Knifehand Low Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

6.   Step forward.  Knifehand Middle Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

7.   Step forward.  High Block (L), Front Stance (L).

8.   Step forward.  Middle Punch (R), Front Stance (R). Kihap!

9.   Look & turn Left 270 degrees.  High Block (L), Front Stance (L).

10. Moving forward.  Front Kick (R), Middle Punch (R), Front Stance (R).

11. Look & turn Right 180 degrees.  High Block (R), Front Stance (R).

12. Moving forward.  Front Kick (L), Middle Punch (L), Front Stance (L).

13. Look & turn Left 90 degrees.  Double Low Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

14. Step forward.  Double Middle Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

15. Step forward.  Outside Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

16. Step forward.  Middle Punch (R), Front Stance (R).  Kihap!

17. Look & turn Left 270 degrees.  High Block (L), Front Stance (L).
