1.   Look and turn Left 90 degrees.  Low Block (L), Front Stance (L).

2.   Step forward.  Outside Block (R), Front Stance (R).

3.   Look and turn Right 180 degrees.  Low Block (R), Front Stance (R).

4.   Step forward.  Outside Block (L), Front Stance (L).

5.   Look and turn Left 90 degrees.  Low Block (L), Front Stance (L).

6.   Step forward.  Outside Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

7.   Step forward.  Outside Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

8.   Step forward.  Middle Punch (R), Front Stance (R). Kihap!

9.   Look and turn Left 270 degrees.  Knifehand Middle Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

10. Step forward.  Outside Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

11. Look and turn Right 180 degrees.  Knifehand Middle Block (R), Cat Stance (R).

12. Step forward.  Outside Block (L), Cat Stance (L).

13. Look and turn Left 90 degrees.  Low Block (L), Front Stance (L).

14. Step forward.  Knifehand Strike (R), Front Stance (R).

15. Step forward.  Knifehand Strike (L), Front Stance (L).

16. Step forward.  Middle Punch (R), Front Stance (R).  Kihap!

17. Look & turn Left 270 degrees.  Low Block (L), Front Stance (L).

18. Step forward.  Outside Block (R), Front Stance (R).

19. Look and turn Right 180 degrees.  Low Block (R), Front Stance (R).

20. Step forward.  Outside Block (L), Front Stance (L).
